Hello & Welcome!

My name is Victoria Weigand, my mother Elaine Weigand and I decided to open this home based bakery to turn our passion for baking & cooking into a business where we could share our gluten-free creations!

Our Ingredients

All ingredients in our products are 100% gluten-free and wheat-free. We do not use any preservatives, additives or GMO's and we use home grown seasonings! We also offer soy-free, dairy-free, sugar-free & vegan options for most menu items!

Our Story

I have been struggling with health issues for quite a while and finally received a test result back in 2023 that confirmed I have Celiac Disease. This of course, lead to a diet change to completely gluten-free. I refused to give up food I loved, so I found ways to make all gluten-free versions. So why not share these yummy creations to others that are also living a gluten-free lifestyle?
